As a technician you are included in our SQL/applikationsgrupp working with daily applikationsdrift and usually in a Microsoft SQL based environment for one of tieto’s key customers.
SQL/applikationsgruppen handles requests, incidents, and changar from the case management system according to the ITIL workflow. Management of alert from SCOM and back-up are also included. In addition, there may be participation in various projects.
We are looking for someone who has
You have at least two years of work experience within the SQL area and the installation of new environments.
You have the appropriate training and experience working with MS SQL and mainly the versions MS SQL 2005, 2008, 2012 and 2014. Furthermore you will have experience of SQL cluster, SQL-hotels, Stand-alone solutions and Availability groups.
It is an advantage with documented certifications in SQL and ITIL. In addition, do you feel comfortable with to communicate in English if necessary.
As a person you are used to working independently with a set of defined data based on the platform and the daily routines. You have the understanding of how it is to work in complex and critical operations.
