The two brothers suspected of the murder of Lisa Holm needs to immediately be set free. The older brother’s attorney believes that there is a risk that the brothers are discriminated against because they are not Swedes. Today examines the Gota Court of Appeal arrest.
It is still unclear what kind of evidence there is against the two brothers, 31 and 35 years old. The lawyers are subject to so-called yppandeförbud, which means that they can not comment on the evidence. But the appeal of the older brother’s attorney Inger Rönnbäck emerges partly how she looks at the evidence.
She suggests that they Lithuanian brothers could be treated differently because they are not Swedish.
“That he and his family are not Swedish may have been relevant to the case,” writes attorney.
“It completely lacking forensic evidence,” writes Inger Rönnbäck in his appeal and says that it now should have been forward any such “considering the large resources devoted to the proceedings.”
