Swedish technology cleans the air in San Francisco – plumbing Forum

At the beginning of the year, installed the Holiday Inn in San Francisco ozone generators from Swedish Interzon in kitchen ventilation. The installation has now been running for two months.

The restaurant at the hotel had for a long time had problems with ventilation. It was the high cost of spare parts needed to be replaced regularly, while much fat got caught in the filters.

The installer MHC Engineers had heard of Interzons products through the North American retailer. That ozone could reduce both the odor and fat was something new for them.

– It is exciting to be working with us a completely new technology for air purification. Normally, we install large and heavy units where there is both electrostatic filters and carbon filters. It went very smoothly installing ozone generators directly on existing channels, said Ron Tinkley, who was responsible for the installation, in a press release.

The installation of the Holiday Inn is the company’s first in the North American market, but more on the way , states Interzon.
