Hague tweets in favor of Sweden visits - Helsingborgs Dagblad

British Foreign Secretary William Hague has accepted an invitation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt to visit Stockholm in late August.

invitation, a clear example of the so-called Twitter Diplomacy, published by Bildt on the social network Twitter on the ground that there is much to discuss. Hague replied shortly afterwards, also via Twitter, that he would appreciate a visit to Stockholm, as proposed.

William Hague’s visit to Sweden is scheduled for August 28 to 29, one week prior to President Barack Obama is coming to Stockholm, 4-5 September.
