Apple: No collaboration with NSA - Helsingborgs Dagblad

class=”key”> Washington Published January 1, 2014, at. 07:38 Updated 08:30

Apple denies knowledge of software that the U.S. intelligence community NSA reportedly developed in order to take control of phones belonging to the Iphone.

Monday revealed the German magazine Der Spiegel leaked, classified documents about the software that will allow the NSA to retrieve any information from Apple’s smart phones: text, photos, contacts, voice messages and phone calls.

In a statement on New Year’s Eve Apple said that the company “never worked with NSA to create backdoors in any of our products, including the iPhone.” Publicly giant claims not to have known of “the alleged NSA program with our products that target” and stresses that takes its customers’ privacy and security very seriously.

The documents, which are dated to 2008, shows that NSA agents need access to the phone itself to install spyware on a Iphone. But there is also apparent that the development was going to be able to remotely install the software.

Apple’s first iPhone model was launched in 2007.

Apple CEO Tim Cook and senior executives from the likes of Google, Yahoo and Facebook met in December President Barack Obama to discuss the impact of U.S. surveillance, writes Politico.

Juldrömmen difficult for vulnerable children - Swedish Dagbladet

    – Christmas is a time when one should be extra happy, and it also makes you become more exposed if it is not, says Agneta Åhlund, head of Save the Children Sweden Program.

Juldrömmen with clapping, brownie and familjemys becomes especially difficult when it is not true.

    – Many children suffer when parents drink too much. Christmas is associated with alcohol has many effects, and it also means that there will be more violence in families. Children in difficult custody cases it may be a hassle, as well as children who are forced to live in shelters. And so all unaccompanied refugee and hidden undocumented children.

Sure, vulnerable children having a tough year, but at Christmas becomes a special stress because the expectations are so high, she explains.

    – Christmas is a time when you can look around, what can I do for others who have it hard? Christmas should be the children’s festival, and then we should try to put ourselves in the situation of children, trying to imagine what children around us need, says Agneta Åhlund.

Brisbane receives calls from many unfortunate children before and during Christmas. Adult drinking is a common cause.

    – We see a clear link between alcohol, threats and abuse. Is it really serious, we can help the child to contact emergency social services, but often they just want to talk to an adult who listens. What we hear is that children crave most to be an ordinary family that has that cozy together. Not so much on Christmas gifts and the material. But the hope is the shimmering Community believing that everyone else has said Karin Johansson, psychologist and investigator at Brisbane.

"3d printers should become this year's Christmas present" - IDG.se

” We live in a time when critical decisions are made that can have negative consequences for our future development if things go the wrong way, “said Darja Isaksson, CEO of Ziggy Creative Colony.

What do you think was the year’s most important or interesting web event?
    - The 2013 was the year when many more people became aware that the digital revolution is about much more than communication and marketing in digital media. That it increases the requirements and opportunities for innovation, whether we’re talking about 3d printers, self-driving cars or digitally based business models for sustainable and communal consumption.

What was the worst or worst happened in 2013 in the internet realm?
    – The phenomena of Edward Snowden revealed, of course. It is positive that it makes clear that the internet is the infrastructure and policies, and to things that are already in progress becomes widely known. But we live in a time when critical decisions are made that can have negative consequences for our future development if things go the wrong way.

What we look back and laugh at?
    – My colleagues say bitcoin, but I myself am pretty fond of it showing that virtual currencies can affect the world. My own answer is probably some who think 3D printers are a marginal phenomenon that will not affect industrial or home, much like some said on computers at one time …

    What is this year gadget
    – 3d printers. Should become the Christmas present, at least geeks. Now we look forward to becoming more true business and professionalisation in related areas. One example is Volumental.

What is your ‘s wishes for the coming year in the Internet and digital
    – The fact that Swedish politicians and business peaks embrace the world digitization affects all business models, and to our society’s challenge is to now make decisions that optimize the sustainable growth of the new opportunities that exist today. Everything from what skills they have on their boards to the business policy and the educational need of renewal.

class=”paragraphIntro”> – A pass-through among policy makers like the impact is already beginning to be in place in the consumer channel, simply.
