Continued Kinect demands for Xbox One - Eurogamer.se

Last night Microsoft revealed that they are making a U-turn regarding their rules for internet access and handling of used games for Xbox One . The new console will no longer require uppkopping internet once a day and used games can be bought, sold and exchanged for the player’s preference.

However, what will remain is the requirement to have Kinect plugged in to the new console. Players must have the new camera connected to Xbox One should work at all. When the camera is not active, it listens for the voice command “Xbox On”, and then start the machine.

The new Kinect camera comes with all Xbox consoles and One födmodligen is one of the reasons why the Xbox One with a higher price tag than the PlayStation 4. It is clear that Microsoft plans to make Kinect a significant portion of Xbox One, but what do you think about the requirement to have the camera turned on all the time?
