From today’s update to Instagram in the App Store and Google Play starting today. Windows Phone is not included in today’s presentation, although Facebook says that the platform is interesting.

Videos in Instagram will have a minimum duration of 3 seconds and a maximum length of 15 seconds, unlike Vines 6 seconds. After the clip is recorded, you can choose between 13 different filters to put on his film. Facebook has also developed a new stabilization system that they call Cinema. The stabilization provides smoother movement on shaky videos, and can be enabled after the film is shot. In the penultimate step before the video posted, you can also choose a cover image, then the image you want to appear before a viewer presses play.

It will not be possible to import the videos previously recorded outside Instagram so that it can be done with images, but it can be changed in a later version says Kevin Systrom, CEO of Instagram.

Videos recorded in Instagram will be played directly in Facebook without the user gets relocated to a new page. Videos also work on Instagrams user profiles, such as instagram.com / lukaszlindell

No. no no no. Something we want to make clear, very clear: photos and videos, they’re yours. We have no plans to use your photos or videos in any kind of ads.
