FPC biometric sensors will of the company to become an integral part of the U.S. software giant’s new operating system Windows 8.1. The idea is that users of Windows 8.1 will be able to log into their Microsoft account and implement online payments and other transactions using a fingerprint sensor.
After about ten minutes of trading stood Fingerprint share in 43:10 crowns, up 24 percent from Monday’s closing. Sales amounted to just over 1 million shares, compared with about 300,000 shares per day in the previous two trading days.
