Technical problems with Nordea’s mobile bank – Expressen

At 12 o’clock began clients hear from the ICA Banken that it was not possible to log on to the internet bank or mobile bank.

ICA Banken confirms that it has technical problems.

– This is felanmält and we hope it will be resolved shortly. We apologize if this puts at it and thank you for your patience, the bank said on its Facebook page.

The bank is currently investigating what the errors are due.

– We will go out with more information as soon as we know something more, says ICA Banken on Facebook.

Earlier today, Nordea also had technical problems with its mobile app. Operational disruptions began at 10 o’clock.

– Internet bank functioned as usual but it was mobile bank that malfunctioned. It did not come into the mobile bank but could log in with computer or ipad. Or you could call our customer service, says Janina Pfalzer, press officer at Nordea.
