Process Technology Manager – New Technologies

As the Process Technology Manager you will have overall responsibility for the manufacturing process and its technical development in the field of Technical Insulation in our factory in Hällekis. You are responsible for leading the investment planning and to ensure efficient start-ups in connection with new investments in the production lines.

• improve and develop existing processes
• act of aid and support to the production lines in their work with continuous improvements
• work to spread Best Practice between produktionsavdelningarna
• carry out feasibility studies related to the technical development

The role also includes a close cooperation with both the production personnel as the other specialists, both in the Hällekis and in the group’s other production units and support functions.

the Service involves a lot of travel and will be deleted from our factory in Hällekis. You are directly subordinate to the head of the department for the development of technology.

Who are you?

if You are looking for has a relevant technical education at university level or equivalent with specialization in mechanical engineering. We see that you have at least 5 years experience of structured improvement work at the overall level both theoretically and practically within the manufacturing industry. Furthermore, you have a good technical understanding and can conclusion handle technical drawings, good knowledge in AutoCad is a requirement. We also see that you have a good knowledge within LEAN production.

the Service requires that you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Can you Finnish and/or Polish, this is a plus. We expect you to handle MS Office without problems. As a person you appreciate to work with a combination of operational as well as analytical elements. You like problem solving, is driven and has easy to collaborate with people at all levels. You are thorough and structured, and then the work is very independent, it is also of paramount importance that you are responsible, disciplined and thrive with the ability to take own initiatives.
