Umeå A man in a 25-year-old arrest is sought by a event at Eastern Kirkkokatu in Umeå.
The man was arrested on Sunday morning and was arrested shortly thereafter. Suspicion comes unlawful threats and beatings.
A passerby who tried to help the drunk man was instead beaten and threatened to death. The prosecutor claims as reasons to arrest that there is a risk that the suspect continues his criminal activities if he is released on the loose.
