Ericsson makes documentary films about technology – Today’s Media

Ericsson documentary films will showcase the networked society in 25 countries.

In the documentary film project “Capturing the Networked Society” wants Ericsson show how modern communication technology is changing everyday life for people in 25 countries worldwide.

In the movies, developed in conjunction with digital agency House of Radon, lifted 61 cases where one may follow from activists and brain surgeons to companies such as Volvo, Wikipedia and Spotify.

All films narrated in interactive three-minute clip in which the viewer at any time to pause the movie and then automatically obtain in-depth information about the specific case story.

– “Capturing the Networked Society” is one of Ericsson’s largest documentary project so far. The aim is to show how communication technology is revolutionizing our world and changing the way we communicate, work, collaborate and renew, says Fredrik Magnusson, brand manager Ericsson in a press release.

The film crew recorded the movies for 42 days and visited, among other things, Nigeria , Nepal and Greenland.
