first Is the potential for energy efficiency generally known among managers in the manufacturing, processing and properties?

Yes, it is commonly known. Everyone knows that there is great potential, but then the question is what resources are available and how priority matter. Step two is to appoint a responsible person and an organization that will manage the work. A third step is to ensure that you have the right skills for implementation, both internally and externally.

I think many are aware that there are often great opportunities to save energy in their activities, but they do not know always what’s most effective for a given action. Automation is often very profitable, but more difficult to assess directly compared with, for example, inserting a heat pump or some other “physical” action.
