It was the Volvo Cars took the initiative last year by initiating a collaboration with Stockholm-based company POC, known for its ski and bicycle helmets.

Volvo had then developed an auto-braking technology that reacts to cyclists who staggers out in front of the car. Meanwhile, the POC started to work by bicycle helmets alerts via mobile phone if the runner goes to the ground and become unconscious.

Before the big consumer electronics CES in Las Vegan got to Ericsson on the train and the other day, Ericsson Head of His Vesterberg stand on podium with a bike in my arms and tell us what 5G could mean for road when cars and bikes can automatically talk to each other.

The smart helmet sounding the alarm with flashing led lights on a car is dangerously close and may not have been noticed by the rider. While doing to the connected Volvo car prepared if the rider does not brake in time and automatically turns to its own brakes.
