Hovertrains sets new speed record – New Technology

A Japanese magnetsvävtåg sat on Thursday new speed record of 590 km / h and plans to increase to 600 km / h next week.

Rekordkörningen took place at the railway company JR Central’s test track in Yamanashi west of Tokyo.

During the 19 seconds kept the train speed is 590 km / h.

The previous record was set in December 2003 and was listed as 581 km / h.

A few days ago the svävtåget from JR Central another record – namely, to harvest the distance 4064 km in a day .. The previous record low of 2876 km in one day.

Over the next week planned a new record journey to reach the speed of 600 km / h , reports the Japan Times.

Railway Company has begun work on a magnetsvävtågförbindelse between Tokyo and Nagoya, a distance of 286 km, to be harvested in 40 minutes when the connection is in use 2027th
