A man in his 50s has been sentenced to probation for child pornography offenses. The police did this summer search of the man’s home in Norrtälje after he notified for sexual abuse against a child.
The man was working as an IT technician in a Stockholm Municipality and the police took several computers seized.
In one of the man’s job computers found three videos and 12 images of child pornography. One of the films were considered serious.
The man, who has been freed completely from the crimes he initially suspected, have argued that his ex-partner has planted the images on your computer, or to any remote computer in order to bring him down.
Based on the man’s IT skills consider the district court that the explanations are so improbable that they can be completely disregarded.
When the man lost his job after the crime revealed the Court considers that the punishment does not need to be combined with fines.
