“Fewer emotional problems”

The children were asked to rate a number of social factors that “life satisfaction” and “how well they got on with peers.”

study showed that television accordion-playing children were more satisfied with their lives, were less hyperactive and had fewer emotional problems than those did not play at all, writes BBC .

Psychologist Dr. Andrew Przybylski mean that there can be many reasons behind this result:

– To be involved in video games can provide children with a common language. And for someone who is not part of this conversation, there may be an exclusion.

Play much is not good

study showed that the children who played video games for over three hours was at least functional of all.

Moderation is thus best – even when it comes to video games.
