A bird sat apparently stop for train traffic in large parts of western Sweden on Thursday morning. The bird caused a power failure, which ultimately affected trains to and from Gothenburg.
It’s a bird that has flown into a catenary, said Peter Behrman, Press communicator at the Swedish Transport Administration, to SVT Västnytt.-Flying it in the wrong place, it can apparently be like this. We call it the unfortunates.
Error was remedied relatively quickly, but took with it some delays well into the afternoon.
