Hacker attack on the IT firm Logica and big bank Nordea last year described as one of the greatest ever in Sweden.

Over 10,000 Social Security number to people with protected identity information about 20000 police officers and millions of personal copied including Tax and Enforcement Authority.

Pirate Bay founder Gottfrid Svartholm Warg, 28, was identified as one of the masterminds behind the attack and was sentenced in June this year to two years imprisonment for including hacking.

On Wednesday, the Court of Appeal changed the sentence to one year in prison.

Godfrey Svartholm Warg were convicted in the District Court also for aggravated fraud and attempted aggravated fraud when he should have gotten into the big bank Nordea system and tried to transfer many millions to various accounts in Sweden and abroad.

Appeal dislike now charges for encroachment against Nordea.

Godfrey Svartholm Warg has consistently denied any involvement in the hacking attack.

Another 36 year old man from Dalarna sentenced to probation.
