As expected, approved EU yesterday Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia’s mobile phones and services. The deal was also approved by the U.S. Justice Department earlier this week.

In early September, Microsoft announced that it is acquiring Nokia for $ 7.4 billion, equivalent to 48 billion. The deal includes ten years of licensing of Nokia’s patents.
