Review: Antec Cooler 650 - TechSweden.org

Now it’s time again for a new radiator review and this time we have a fledgling unit from Antec German test lab. Antec Cooler 650 is designed and developed by the company itself rather than using an externally manufactured unit, priority, set on low noise.

Confined water coolers have a real prime-era right now, and its popularity is the fact, which means that a large amount of players obviously chosen to engage in exactly the type of radiator . Originally, most units of two actors, Asetek and CoolIT. Nowadays, when the industry begins to get some meat on the bones (even though the concept existed in the market good for much longer) so several manufacturers have begun to design and produce their own devices and that is precisely what distinguishes Antec Cooler 650 from many others.

The concept is quite simple, in most devices have placed the pump in combination with the cooling block, which is building a portion of the hill. As usual, we run cooler by a few heavy rounds Intel Burn Test Link Pack for measuring pure raw performance. What will we do with our processor, both in standard frequency as well as with an easier overclocking. To broaden the results further, we measure also in both low and high fan speed and that we at the end will mount on an extra fan and measure the radiator push / pull performance. Of course, we also listen extra carefully for the sound level as this is a big carrot for Cooler 650, which also includes pump their own voice in relation to the fan.
