A study in social media shows that Apple’s iPhone 5 got the most negative criticism after its launch in 2012, while Samsung Galaxy S4 received the most positive criticism.
Which mobile manufacturer is best, there is always disagreement on. The great debate in recent years has centered on iOS or Android. Now a company has gone through what was written on Twitter, blogs and various forums after the launch of four major mobile phone to see what people thought.
We Are Social followed what was written about the Apple iPhone 5 for launch in September 2012, Samsung Galaxy S4 in March this year, Blackberry Z10 in January and the launch of the Nokia Lumia 920 in September 2012, reports the Daily Mail .

There were also complaints about the quality of images, some users complained that it was a purplish discoloration on photos taken with the camera in the phone. A few complained that the color is slightly abraded and showed the aluminum underneath.

Samsung Galaxy S4 received at least complaints – only 11 percent of the posts were critical – according to figures from analysts We Are Social. Samsung had the biggest wow factor at its launch. 56 percent of online discussions about new or different functions, with a particular focus on the phone’s functions to monitor eye movements. This compares to just 29 per cent of the discussions after the iPhone 5 was about different features.
