The big concert event that everyone hoped for - Swedish YLE

concert with Toto in Pietarsaari yesterday was the big concert event that everyone was hoping for. There was love in both directions and the band concluded by thanking “the city of faith, hope and love.”

queues coiled long as the gates opened at 19 to the concert with Toto in Pietarsaari yesterday. Just before 22 o’clock came a few raindrops and rain garments went up.

Those who had the umbrella had been relinquish it at the entrance. But it was just a warning shot, because when Toto entered the stage, the sun shone over Pietarsaari, at least, figuratively.

Before it had dressing with Geir Rønning with Osterbotten musicians managed the feat to actually heat up puibliken. They played both classics as Mr.. Msters Broken Wings, who Geirs own songs, one of them a collaboration with David Paich of Toto.

A concert Ostrobothnia will tell

Shortly after 22 o’clock came Toto and delivered a concert that Ostrobothnia will talk at length about. Just like they told us at the press conference, the musical in top form and they certainly looked that happy with Pietarsaari, with each other and to get to play. Sound and lighting-class meant that both the less familiar songs hittarna sounded like they would.

– It sounds like on record, heard a public comment.
And it can be both good and bad on a concert. Good because it was truly great sound at the Central Plan.

Hold the Line, Rosanna and Africa

And certainly delivered those songs that many were waiting for – Hold the Line, Rosanna and Africa, in a little over ten minutes long version.

Spectators from all Ostrobothnia

a quarter past midnight after an encore, it was late out and traffic jams from Pietarsaari told that this was a concert that went to all of Ostrobothnia.
