the last 24 hours, more than 10 million iOS and Android users have downloaded BlackBerry software for chat, BBM. There are many more new users than it is able to take care of at once, which means that most people still waiting in line to get the hook up. The news can be interpreted as positive for the troubled company, but the fly in the ointment is that many of the Android and iOS users might belong to those previously chosen to leave BlackBerrys hardware.
