Administrative Court gave a woman in Karlskrona entitled to financial assistance to buy a computer at the municipality’s expense. The municipality does not believe that a computer is part of the standard of reasonable standard of living and are now challenging the judgment of appeal.
A woman in Karlskrona applied for financial assistance to a computer, social welfare committee in Karlskrona Municipality denied her.
reason was that the municipality did not consider that a computer was part of a reasonable standard of living.
The woman appealed the decision to the Administrative Court.
