So far it only selected test persons got their hands on Google’s smart glasses. Yet, already one of them, a woman in California, managed to get fined because she had on her glasses behind the wheel.
CNN reports that the woman was stopped by police because she was driving too fast. When the police saw her Google-glasses she got a tilläggsbot.

The woman said that the glasses were off. But police say the glasses are counted as screens that are prohibited while driving.

If something similar could happen in Sweden is unclear. There is no law that prohibits the use of such cell phones behind the wheel, but the driver is always obliged to drive on a road way.
