The residents of the area was woken in the night by a powerful roar – a garage had exploded in a residential area in Norrköping.
The police theory is that the bombing was planned.
– We suspect that someone has done something for it to explode, says Lars-Göran Nilseryd, duty officer at the Östergötland police.
The explosion occurred in a garage while at a residential area in Klockaretorpet in Norrköping.
The blast was so powerful that the roof collapsed. In addition, the garage doors thrown away.
The alarm was added at 0:59 on Sunday night and when the emergency services arrived there were police already in place.
Blow Nobody should not have caused any fire and rescue left the place. At 02 o’clock in the night the police were still there.
“Small’ll just hell”
On the site has set up a big roadblock facing the technical investigation to be held on Monday .

There is no information on injuries associated with the explosion.
– Something has gone off in there and it’s material damage. There was a car in one of the garages but we do not know what it is that has gone off, says Tobias Sundström.
The police are looking traces
Lars-Göran Nilseryd, duty officer at the police Östergötland, stating that the incident is classified as devastation endangering the public.
– We suspect that someone has done something for it to explode. We have reason to assume that somebody’s behind this, he said.
A man who was in the vicinity indicate that a vehicle was heard to leave the site shortly after the explosion.
– It was About a minute after the blast as I heard it. Based on engine noise went very fast from there. It sounded like a motorcycle, said the man.
Police would not comment on the information.
– We are very careful in this stage of the investigation. But have you seen or heard anything, we are interested in the details, says Lars-Göran Nilseryd.
The police are interested in observations that may have been made in connection Klockaretorpet and Moa Martinson street.
