Two year old found lifeless in the car - father suspected - Skånskan.se

class=”dateline site-color”> TEXT + WEB TV. A two-year boy was found unresponsive in a car in central Eslöv on Tuesday afternoon. The boy was pronounced dead later in hospital.

It was at half past two o’clock on Tuesday afternoon as police and paramedics were alerted to central Eslöv. A police patrol was first on the scene.

– When the first police patrol arrives initiates immediate CPR, said police officer Jimmy Modin.

The detailed circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known and it is unclear what may have caused the two year old boy’s death.

Who alerted the police and ambulance is also not known.

boy’s father, who is in the age of 30, found himself at the car when emergency personnel arrived at the scene. He was arrested by police and is currently on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter. Later Tuesday evening, the police could hold a preliminary hearing with the man. He was released from the police station later that evening.

– He is handed over to health care. He is of course very shocked and feel very bad, says Jimmy Modin.
