Inside a locomotive and wagon workshop was held the opening ceremony and Minister Annie Loof had the honor of pressing the button. In conjunction with the spectacular music and sound and lighting effects came a locomotive driving on the audience. So the project was for 12.5 billion inaugurated and ready to put into production.
– It is an impressive investment, one of the largest industrial investment. It means that the job is secured in Norrbotten and that Sweden’s competitiveness in the iron ore side further enhanced, says Minister Annie Loof (C).
