He likens the domain name with the address of a house – and not at all the instruments of crime, the prosecutor would have it.
– This is inefficient and disproportionate. We are not a party to any dispute, the dispute is between the copyright holders and Pirate Bay. And since you have difficulty accessing the Pirate Bay so it takes now instead a dangerous shortcut.
